On this weekend we will dive deeper into sacred scriptures, learn and exercise
yoga asanas and meditation, sing ancient prayers and
release tension in an ecstatic dance journey.
Phoenix Maria spent two and a half decades with
researching various yoga schools and three years of intensified
studies with german yoga master Heinz Grill.
